Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Handling usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit. The total estimate is 4–8 business days.
Where we deliver
We ship to All 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to APO/FPO, US territories and international destinations. Standard shipping has no free-shipping threshold.
Orders dispatch from the fulfillment location assigned by our supplier for each order. Our business contact address is not a dispatch warehouse. Duties are included. Any applicable tax and the complete order total are shown before payment.
Cutoff and business days
The cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (America/New_York). Handling and transit are measured Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after the cutoff enter the next handling day. The cutoff does not promise same-day dispatch.
These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the revised timing and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped goods for a refund.
From the workbench to your door
A tool case, a trellis and a folding cover can require different packaging. Item dimensions do not establish parcel measurements. Orders may arrive in separate parcels; consult the dispatch details for the items in each shipment.
Tracking becomes available when attached to the actual order. Creating a label does not establish carrier collection. Use Track My Order to access shipment details securely.
Address changes, damage or a missing parcel
Check your delivery address before payment. If it needs correcting, contact us promptly with the order reference. We will check whether a change is still possible; a request alone does not confirm it.
For damage, a missing tool or an incorrect item, retain the packaging and describe the affected part. Photographs of the parcel and contents can help us investigate. If tracking has stopped or shows a delivery you cannot locate, contact customer care. We will check the shipment before agreeing the appropriate next step.
