These terms cover browsing and purchases through Poppy & Stone. Read them with the product details, Shipping and Returns pages.
Seller and scope
The legal seller is Poppy & Stone. The business contact address is 2010 O Street NW, Washington, DC 20036, United States. This is the business contact address. Request order-specific return instructions before sending a parcel.
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, send abusive content or use another person’s information without permission. Purchases must be made by someone able to enter the agreement.
Choosing garden equipment
The selected version, dimensions, materials and included components identify the item. A garden photograph may show plants, pots, clothing and furniture that are not included.
A finish is not a material claim. A worn photograph does not establish a fit range, and a clear plant cover does not imply heating or a tested weather rating. Ask about a missing specification before purchasing.
Follow supplied instructions and the intended use. Sharp manual tools require adult handling and secure storage away from children. Stop using damaged equipment. No photograph promises a growing result, load rating or use beyond the supported specification.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The checkout total identifies merchandise, shipping and applicable tax before payment. Displaying an item or saving it to the bag does not reserve stock or establish a paid order.
Only the actual available payment interface can authorize payment. An unavailable service or incomplete attempt must not be treated as a successful purchase. Keep the order reference, and check an uncertain payment before trying again.
If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects an order, we will explain it and agree the appropriate correction or refund. We will not substitute a different product or add a charge without agreement.
Delivery and changes
Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Handling usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit. The total estimate is 4–8 business days.
The daily cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (America/New_York). A confirmation of an order is not a confirmation of dispatch.
Request an address change or cancellation promptly. We will check whether dispatch can be stopped. If a promised dispatch date cannot be met, we will explain the revised timing and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. Send the authorized return within 14 days, in original condition with supplied components. You pay change-of-mind return postage. No restocking fee applies.
After the return arrives, inspection and refund processing take up to 2 business days. Your payment provider may need up to 8 additional business days to post the refund. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Contact customer care for order-specific receiving instructions. Do not send a parcel to our business contact address without authorization. Rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods remain separate from change-of-mind returns.
Website content and outside services
Product photography, wording and design may be protected by their owners. Browsing does not grant rights to reuse them commercially or imply an affiliation with another brand.
External sites and service providers have their own terms. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or a technical fault. This does not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
Questions and your rights
Contact customer care with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. You retain any statutory rights that cannot be waived. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration requirement.
Updated terms apply to later use and purchases. A change does not silently replace the terms of an existing order. Personal-information requests are described in Privacy.
