Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Place your order before 2:00 PM EST and it is handled the same day. We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email; allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating. Orders typically arrive 6 to 8 business days after dispatch, so 7 to 10 business days from the day you order.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, no restocking fee. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. Email support@poppyandstone.com to start a return and we will walk you through it.

Every product page carries its own size chart with measurements in inches and centimetres. Measure a dress you already own and love, then compare against the chart. If a piece runs small or large, we say so plainly on its page.

It varies by dress, and we tell you exactly. The fabric composition of every piece is listed on its product page, along with how it drapes, how much it weighs and how to care for it. We never borrow fibre names a garment does not have.

If you catch us before your order enters processing, yes. Email support@poppyandstone.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do everything we can.
