These terms govern your use of the Poppy & Stone website and your purchases from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Using the site

You may use this site to browse and buy our products for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

2. Products and accuracy

We work hard to describe every product truthfully: composition, fit, colour and measurements are stated as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may render slightly differently on your device. If we discover a genuine error in a product description or price after you order, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address; it is not included in the listed product price. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time, though changes never affect orders already placed.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and in that case you receive a full refund. If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@poppyandstone.com as soon as possible; we can usually help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. Dispatch and delivery timings, tracking, and what happens if a parcel is delayed or lost are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. The full conditions, including who pays return postage, our no-restocking-fee commitment, and refund timings, are in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and branding, belongs to Poppy & Stone or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Your account and information

You are responsible for making sure the details you provide at checkout are accurate, including your shipping address. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
