This policy explains what personal information Poppy & Stone ("we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from our store, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain language on purpose.

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

When you browse the store, we automatically receive certain technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, and data about how you interact with our pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

If you contact us by email or phone, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can help you properly.

How we use it

Each receives only what it needs to perform its role. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are legally required to retain it.
